Body clean + lateral hurdle

Here is an explosive body clean that incorporates hip extension, leg drive, and frontal plane balance into sagittal landing! Athlete’s at all levels need to be able to bound and be violent with the ground for reactivity and stiffness. I ran a lot as a kid. I played multiple sports (4) until the age of 14. 70% of youth are quitting sports by the age of 13. The number one reported reason is they are not having fun. Why they are not having fun is because Dad bod’s who drink 40 beers a week are trying to teach them skill related fitness. This won’t work. Progress is motivating and encouraging. So if you desire to get your son or daughter off the IPAD, IPHONE, and avoid the posture of a middle aged adult, sign up and have them learn what it truly means to move well. It takes discipline, and time. The only way to help the youth of the US be more active and possess further neuromuscular coordination is through knowledge and hard work. There are many parents out there who believe it is accessible quickly, this is only true if your kid is the 1 out of 5k that has a natural ability far beyond the quo. More often than not, its a pipe dream. Like other professions and obstacles, the best way is straight through.
