Join NowLandmine angled sprinter jump
In gametime situations and in daily life, we will have to move in various angles to have success. We can’t create better contact balance if we aren’t working on force absorption (GRG) ground reaction force with variability and sport specific changes. Lately, many talented trainers feel that coaches have gone gadget crazy, trying too much to track progress without actually going after more difficult movement patterns. This one is a doozy. Changing the angle of the sprinter jump drastically alters the exercise and thus requires much more internal hip rotation. In return, the load in front such as a goblet squat or front squat challenges spinal extension and thoracic mobility while attempting a explosive switch jump. Many of these are not for beginners, and within this module most of these are more for my high-level athlete’s and younger population. However, I am approaching 40 with great technique, so perhaps our limitations are more in the mind that we perceive. Try 3-5 sets of 4-6. Then fly!
