Thoracic Spine Wall Slides

Shown here is a thoracic spine mobility exercise that incorporates flexion and extension in a half kneeling position. All you need is a wall and a little bit of patience. As many of us are typing or phone/ deskbound for many hours, forward neck or “tech neck” has now become a normality and it shouldn’t be. Many of our back aches, shoulder injuries and neck problems stem from a lack of spinal extension and shoulder flexion. Give this whirl for 4-6 reps on each side 2 to 3 times a week to start feeling what normal range feels like. No excuses. Take charge of your pain or it will Antonio Brown dropkick your face.
