*Rising up into CNS skill and athletic development, these compound jump training tactics indeed take some skill. Practice each one individually for a while before attempting to mix them together. The point of joining them together is to emphasize hip extension followed by explosion and rotation on one foot. These concepts are paramount for just about every sport that involves fast twitch anaerobic sprinting and jumping. Don’t do too many sets, its hard. 3 to 4 sets of 2-4 is plenty. Best form I’ve experienced is after hang cleans, swings, power cleans, and low level plyo warmups.
