Drop Jump + Sprinter's jump + Skater Jump

Moving up into difficulty, this is a multi-plane plyometric sequence that takes tremendous leg drive and spinal extension. Often when I complete these combinations, I do no more than 4-6 reps on each side. These are for my athlete’s and individuals looking to break down barriers in speed and agility. If the CNS can develop correct biomechanics and form in cross plane plyometrics, sport specific ability and talent in one plane of motion ultimately becomes easier. I perform these after I do barbell or trap bar high pulls, cleans, and overhead extension to prepare and elevate.
