Dumbbell reactive pogo to box jump

A proven method to enhance vertical and performance is to start a power exercise with a load, maximize force production for a few reps, and follow it with a de-load to body weight explosiveness. Most of what I am applying is based on fundamentals developed in the 80’s. Social media guru’s and many fitness “enthusiasts” have slidden away from science, based, principles that developed some of the most explosive, era changing athlete’s in the 20th century. None of this is new, its simply takes an extreme amount of work and discipline. Notice when I push off the ground I am pushing hard, driving my toes up in dorsiflexion. Power = F x V with F being FORCE and V being Velocity. If we can’t create (F) from the ground by having strong legs, there will be a limited reaction to (V) velocity. This is short lingo for saying the reason this looks twitchy is because my legs are strong, and produce more (F) from the ground. If we develop hypertrophic responses followed by learning true strength (controlled reps from 1-6) we then can open up new doors to triple extension and leg drive. Try these for 4 sets of 3 to increase max vertical jump.
